At the NOOBA development in Barreiro, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)system was installed, producing domestic hot water (DHW) using a collective solar thermal system, with a tank per apartment (Vulcano brand). Air conditioning with a mini refrigeration system for large spaces (VRF) and multi-split systems with wall units.

As well as the implementation of a ventilation system for the garages with impulse and axial fans (Sodeca brand) and aventilationsystem forthe toilets (Sodeca brand).
